It’s in retreats that many experience significant shifts and awakenings. The practices, the community, the removal from our daily lives, the Silence support our unfolding in unimaginable ways.
When we meditate, we’re joining the rest of creation in the simple experience of Being.
Although it’s always nice to get away from our regular environment to give ourselves to a retreat setting, given that as a group we’re spread all over this continent, a home online retreat has some distinct advantages.
