The highest form of love is moment to moment
awareness.
We know you’ll enjoy the exquisite land, the stunning Retreat House, the welcoming Great Hall and the magical atmosphere here. You’ll have access to trails, a pond, gardens, decks overlooking the valley & forest, and more.
* Silence: Being in silence gives us the opportunity to give energy & attention that would usually be turned externally to inner deepening & insights. Although the day will be held in silence there will be opportunities for socializing before and after the formal schedule.
** Qigong: A series of gentle movements that help to nurture & revitalize the energy body.
*** Restorative Yoga: Guided meditation, gentle movement & mindful postures mingled with teachings, designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions.
**** Fire Circle : Held under open skies around the Spirit of Fire, these gatherings include nature awareness, prayer, guided meditation, teachings & music.
We have meditation set-ups (chairs or zafu cushions) as well as yoga props, but please bring your own mat and a hand towel to lay over the bolsters (we have extra mats).
Please come ready to turn off your phone for the duration of the retreat. We will provide an emergency number is case family needs to reach you.
What to Bring:
- A yoga mat
- A hand towel (to lay over the yoga props)
- A water bottle
- Weather appropriate clothing including a hat to protect from sun if desired
- Shoes for walking our trails
- An outdoor chair for the Fire Circle (we have extras)

Cost (includes retreat fee, a beautiful plant-based lunch, and access to the land for the day):
- $144 (regular rate)
- $90 (reduced rate if the regular rate is too much for you at this time)
- $180 (sponsor rate for those called to contribute towards the tuition of reduced rate participants)
Lunch, Snack & Tea Station: Nourishing and delicious plant-based meals are served, featuring food from our garden. All offerings are gluten-, corn-, soy- and animal product free.
