In this course you will dive into deep & lasting ways to help you to:

  • explore the union of body & soul and discover ways of deepening & harmonizing the relationship;
  • shift beyond the outside experts to a place of receptivity to your own clear voice;
  • access the always available inborn source of effortless & intuitive choices that support your ongoing unfolding & well-being;
  • remember that the body, as well as the choices that you make are being affected by your mental and emotional state, and learn how to tend to these aspects of your being;
  • re-fall in love with the body as a friend and ally in Life, and not something we have to coerce into any particular behavior.

Your very own self-care manual is written in the fabric of your tissues.

Connecting to soul for support in the midst of physical challenges:

  • helps you to relax in the midst of worry & confusion, which are actually part of the healing process;
  • helps you to befriend your body and understand what it needs;
  • gives you the clarity to identify the key choices to make to give the body the best chance to heal;
  • puts you in touch with the inspiration and motivation of the natural self;
  • provides the framework for awakening latent capacities & qualities that will empower every aspect of your life. 

Your inner health compass is available now & every moment and you have the capacity to connect with it.

Here is some of what you will explore in the course sessions: 

Session 1 – Connecting to the whole self through meditation

  • Awaken non-cognitive ways of knowing (through your body, feelings, energy, soul) to connect with the intelligence & guidance beyond the limited perspectives of the conditioned mind.
  • Experience the source of the ever-present inner well-being that will naturally orients you towards greater & greater well-being in our human experience.
  • Learn a direct way to access Presence as a powerful liberator of challenging energies that might be interfering with clear choices.

Session 2 – Fluid energy & emotions reveal your inner compass

  • Open towards feelings & emotions that you thought were in the way, and experience that they are in fact ‘the way’ to access the finer print of your body-care manual.
  • Consider & benefit from the realization that better lifestyle choices liberate deeper & deeper energies & emotions, and learn how to cooperate with that process.
  • Understand that a physical symptom is a complex of sensations, feelings, memories, intelligence and guidance, and learn to attune to all of these in a methodical & gentle way.

Session 3 – Relationships are a field of Intelligence

  • Enter into deeper relationship with the body, symptoms and feelings.
  • Shift from a confrontational attitude towards the body, symptoms and feelings, to one of cooperation and respect.
  • Develop the capacity to set aside fixed beliefs in order to listen openly & deeply.

Session 4 Living a soul-guided life for a vital and strong body.

  • Relax into the elegant unfolding for the healing process and consider a broader criteria for happiness.
  • Recognize the beauty & possibilities with the mystery that is life, within the healing process.
  • Consider & experience the power & simplicity of moment to moment self-care.

BONUS Session 5

  • A Restorative Yoga & Meditation class to review and further integrate the material.

Each Session includes a guided meditation so that the teachings can be embodied in a personal & authentic way. You will learn practices that can be incorporated into your daily living, in addition to an approach to inner awareness tailored to navigating the healing process from the Soul’s perspective. When we show up with sincerity as an active participant, we get what we need.
