I would like to share with you how much I enjoyed the day retreat last Sunday and want to thank you with all my heart for those beautiful lessons and sessions. It was a very special way to start the year and being in the presence of yourself and those lovely group members greatly lifted my spirit. I have felt the lovely warmth in my heart as well during this week and in a gentle way been pondering the concepts you talked about in the sessions. I am very thankful for the recordings and the ability to revisit the topics again.
