Corrin Adams

Corrin Adams has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 3 decades. She has studied Ayurveda , Sanskrit and Chanting, as well as Eastern bodywork therapies. Corrin shares her understanding of these ancient bodies of knowledge through her work as a massage therapist and yoga teacher. She has dedicated many years to focussing on women’s health, prenatal and postnatal care. 

Corrin’s love for devotional singing and the healing nature of sound vibration, has motivated her engagement in the practice of Kirtan. Kirtan is call and response form of chanting involving mantras and the many names of the divine. It is a practice that unifies the heart and mind and dissolves the sense of ‘I’ or ‘me”.
