I’ve participated in two of The Primal Elements Retreats and I look forward to my next experience. It’s a place to connect with yourself and with community. It’s a place to test yourself, rebalance and grow.

The Primal Elements Experience filled me with a sense of purpose, presence, and power.

The Primal Elements retreat was a grounding and recharging experience for me, It was exactly what I needed.

It's hard to fully grasp the depth of the healing that has been received after the Primal Elements experience.

My changes have been subtle yet deep. Sleeping deeply again after about a year of fitful sleep, my sinus congestion has fully cleared up (this is huge! it has been an ongoing issue for a long time now and was exacerbated by my bout with Covid last July which flattened me).

I am loving this course. It is resonating in ways I didn't expect, particularly around emotions and relationships. I knew I would enjoy the course, but it has been so incredibly healing for me (and I haven't finished it yet). I am so grateful to have found you again during this time. I look forward to continuing with it, taking more courses and exploring all the resources.

I so needed to be refreshed in your teachings this evening. I hardly slept last night....a sense of discomfort, listlessness and I guess angst. Your teaching about humility was especially received like a song bird singing to my soul. Your wisdom has brought the salve for this moment in a way that my soul is eager to receive, allow to penetrate and give solace.

I wanted to thank you. Your restorative yoga class on the 3rd eye saved me last night
I woke up at 3am this morning unable to sleep
And a congested sinus and 3rd eye. This is not normal for me . I all the sudden remembered your restorative yoga

I went down starts and did the one on the 3rd eye
I felt an opening of my 3rd eye, my sinuses started to clear and move. After that I fell straight asleep and felt peace

That was a profound experience for me of the power of yoga

The SoulQuest retreat was a beautiful day filled with soul enriching experiences. The offerings of teachings, meditation, restorative yoga, nutritious food, silence and forest therapy felt nourishing and supportive to my body, spirit and soul. The day allowed for a deepening of presence and an opening to receiving the gifts from within. This experience will continue to inform my own offerings as a child and youth counsellor, honouring the light to shine from all souls!
