When we sit down to meditate it reflects our intention to be with ourselves in the most intimate way. My teacher calls it “a date with the Beloved”.
Most of us have been conditioned to engage with the world primarily from the thinking mind. We’re programmed to pay attention to a “thousand” things outside of ourselves: how much money we have, what other people might think of us, concerns about family members or work, political, environmental, social challenges in the world, etc.
As our attention continues to flow outward, most of us feel disconnected from ourselves, from life. Meditation is an opportunity to turn our attention inward, to reconnect with our whole Being, including our body. It’s an opportunity to feel at home, to feel at peace in the midst of an ever changing and, what at times may seem, dangerous world.
As we collectively shine the light of our awareness on this moment as it is, healing takes place not only for ourselves but for all of humanity.
As we deepen our connection to the True Self and continue relaxing and opening to our whole experience including our emotions, our usual patterns for dealing with life situations and anything else we’ve been turning away from, a new way of being in the world begins to emerge… a more evolved way, a more compassionate way.

The ClearBeing Virtual Meditation Cave was created to give you a place to share in the Silence with others from the comfort of your own home. Although there may be physical distance, we can benefit from each other’s Presence through the shared field.
The sittings may be guided or silent.
