Calling you to let go.
Calling you to rest.
Calling you to simply BE.
To be HERE.
To be present with everything as it is.
And allow yourself to rest by simply BE-ing with yourself in this moment
Join Zina & Jenn for an intentional morning of deep and nourishing rest & relaxation.

Three restorative hours where you can let go of DO-ing and allow yourself to just BE.
To come and be surrounded by the tranquil and beautiful lands of ClearBeing
Where we will:
Focus on slowing down to bring awareness within to find a deeper sense of peace.
Create space to find rest within the present moment.
Relax in the supportive embrace of Mother Nature and her nurturing energy.
The event includes:
Qi Gong – Enjoy a nourishing and energizing practice within the gardens and by the pond. Zina will be combining the revitalizing aspects of Qi Gong with the tranquil and nurturing energy of nature.
Guided Nature Walk – Revel in the beauty of Mother Nature and take in the scenic views of the pond and changing colors of the leaves. The grounding presence of Nature supports you to show up exactly as you are. To simply BE.
Restorative Breathwork – Experience a new level of rest and relaxation. Jenn will guide you to connect to your breath and your body in a nourishing, compassionate and loving way that will leave you feeling truly relaxed.
