Moving gracefully through fall means slowing down and embracing the lengthening nights and cooler days. Join Simone Nitzan for a day of yoga focused on embracing this season, relishing in its beauty and preparing the body and mind for introspection. The day will start with two hours of yoga and mindful movement, including meditation, breath work and an extended savasana.
After this practice, you’ll eat a delicious lunch designed to support your practice and leave you feeling nourished and light. After lunch, we will go on a silent meditation walk, taking in the fall landscape of the Clear Being Land. After our walk, we’ll do a breathing practice designed to move you into a deeper state of introspection, followed by some guided journaling and finally resting in yoga nidra as we work on manifesting our heart’s deepest callings.
You’ll leave this retreat feeling connected to your purpose, relaxed and open, allowing creative energy to flow through you.

9:30 am – Arrival
10 am – 12 pm – Meditation, Yoga and Mindful Movement Practice
12:30 pm – 1:30 pm – Lunch
1:30 pm – 2:15 pm – Walk on ClearBeing Land
2:15 – 4 pm – Breathwork, Journaling and Yoga Nidra
