FREE MASTERCLASS – Compassionate nourishment: the way to natural well-being with food

Thursday, October 5th from 7 to 8 pm EST

In allowing compassion to light our path, we are naturally guided to a more vital and energetic way of BE-ing.

As we shift away from a path oriented by fear to one that is rooted in love, understanding and compassion we more easily tap into the natural wisdom that exists within the body. We can leave behind the old approach of pushing the body to achieve or perform and instead meet it where it is in each given moment. This allows for a more natural and easeful path of well-being and vitality to unfold.

Compassionate nourishment: the way to natural well-being with food

w/ Jenn Berkelmans & Dawn Byford

Thursday October 5th from 7 to 8 pm

Many of us grew up in a time where wellness and health were sought through restriction, diet culture and pushing the body to perform in ways that often led to more fatigue and discomfort in the body.

The saying “no pain, no gain,” comes to mind. This and many others were touted as the only way to be “healthy” and yet, these ways didn’t leave us feeling better.

There is a change moving through the wellness industry, one that is rooted in compassion and that encourages a deeply connected relationship with the body.

It is through the connection with your body that you can:

  • connect to your own innate wisdom and healing
  • find more ease within your relationship with your emotions and food
  • experience a more natural flow with your own self-care and nourishment
  • find more clarity on what foods and practices work best for you
  • move through the ups and downs that come with life and maintain a consistency in your own self-nourishment

Please join us for this online gathering where our intention is to explore the connection between compassion, a lasting interest towards healing and finding a natural ease within our own wellness journey.
