Join us in this round of Elemental Breathwork as we explore the energy of transitioning. We will connect and use the breath as a way to let go of what was and move into what is to come.
Our lives are made of transitions.
Of stopping and starting.
Of endings and beginnings.
We transition from what used to be, to what is to come.
The process of transitioning is often misunderstood because it can be uncomfortable.
But it is very sacred.
The period of transition allows our body, mind and spirit to integrate a new level of embodiment necessary for what is next.
Because, the truth is that it’s not often as simple as ending one thing and starting another.
For in between we often need time to rest, to reflect, and to release.
To allow ourselves the time to let go of what used to be.
To let go of the old vestiges of energy and patterns that no longer serve us.
To integrate our energies and emotions so that we can fully step into the next step of our soul journey.
The New Year signals the end of one year and the entering into another.
As we leave behind what was, we are given the gift of transition.
A time to reflect, evaluate and appreciate the previous year.
While ushering us into the newness of the year to come.
The act of Breathwork is a powerful tool that can guide us to reflect, release and integrate.
In this round of Elemental Breathwork, we connect and use the breath as a way to let go of what was and move into what is to come.
In doing so, we fully embrace this yearly gift of transition, to release and integrate our energies.
And open to the next steps of our soul journey.

This guided Experience starts with some simple movement and shaking, followed by rounds of Elemental Rhythm breathing, guided meditation, and a closing Circle. Through our continued curiosity about the process, we are refining this offering through our intention to put you in touch with greater mental clarity, emotional fluidity, inner contentment and reduced stress.
