This workshop is for you if you want to learn how to prepare delicious vegan, gluten-free and refined sugar-free holiday treats!

Join our Holistic Nutritionists, Andrea & Angela, for a hands-on cooking class where you will learn how to prepare four healthy treats for the holidays and take some home for your family and friends. You’ll learn 5 simple strategies for how to feel good in your skin during the holiday season and all about the health benefits of these delicious desserts!

Boost your spirits and your health in this fun festive cooking class. Each participant will receive a takeaway container with all the treats + the recipes so that you can make them at home and dazzle your friends & family with these nutritious holiday sweets. All recipes are vegan, gluten-free, refined sugar-free and packed with nutrition.
