Beginner Yoga Series w/ Eva
Please join Eva in this opportunity to start your movement practice as YOU are.
Perhaps you are a beginner or maybe you feel called to unlearn what you know about yoga and are ready to rebuild your practice from scratch. To build a practice that will honor the body you are living in right now.
In these sessions we will approach movement with an intention to honor to your body as it is. We will practice ways to attune, center and deeply listen to your body’s innate Knowing and wisdom and to use movement as a way to come home to yourself.
Each class will be an opportunity to start as a beginner because when we show up as a beginner we let go of what we think we know and open ourselves to learning something new.
Each class will focus on exploring different body parts using a variety of movements and shapes while cultivating deeper awareness of yourself.
While we hold sacred space for each other and ourselves, we will invite our deepest healer to come forward so that each practice becomes an opportunity for coming home to ourselves and to health.
You will leave each session with a short self practice (field work) that you can use between our sessions together and build your home self practice.

“Just keep coming home to yourself, you are the one who you’ve been waiting for”
.” ―Byron Katie

Eva Iwona Chudolinska Loconte
RMT, Healing Practitioner, Yoga Instructor at ClearBeing
It is my calling and honor to hold sacred space and assist each client on their healing journey and on their path of coming home to themselves. Through bodywork, movement, or coaching, I tune into the shared field and invite health to express itself.
In my treatments as a Massage Therapist, I attune to the person, their unique bodily needs, and I meet them where they are, on physical, emotional, energetical or spiritual levels. While holding sacred space for whatever emerges in our sessions I invite health in and listen to what comes through. It truly is the most magnificent experience to witness my clients’ inner healer step in. It is the same holding and deep listening that I bring to movement classes guiding students from within a somatic (body-mind) experience.
What inspired this series:
We all have innate ability to heal once we remove obstacles to health. Together we will move through a variety of practices and shapes that will enable us the opportunity to bring light to where those obstacles might reside in the form of tension, stagnation or unresolved traumas.
This series was inspired by my own journey with my most recent Yoga teacher training and in response to what I hear many of my massage clients speaking of.
I hear many clients are intimidated by a yoga class, not being able to follow the fast pace of the classes, and not feeling fit enough to go to a class. Others have experienced a variety of movement practices but have also experienced injuries, the birth of children or an illness that impacts their practice when they notice that their body does not move and work the same as it used to. That’s where I was a year ago. It took humble surrender to realize that doing what I had always been doing does not serve me or my body.
What was extremely powerful was allowing myself to unlearn everything I knew and start from scratch to rebuild my home practice with a different set of physical tools, but mostly with a renewed sense of approach to my body.
Coming from the place of deep listening, deep honoring of my innate knowing and wisdom, I rebuilt my health, my body and found an immense gratitude for having tools that helped me to come home to myself more each day and to create space in my being where my innate health can express itself. I want that for you too.
My Intention is to create space:
- for deep holding and guidance to allow you to find your way home to yourself
- to invite internal healing to take place
- for you to learn tools that you can lean into daily for your self practice
