As we commence, our focus will be on grounding, much like the roots of a tree anchored firmly into the earth. Through specialized poses and meditation practices, we will establish a strong connection to the ground, enabling you to find stability from the bottom up. This foundational stability will form the basis for the entire program.
Ascending the tree, we’ll shift our attention to your spine – the core of your physical structure. Just as a tree’s trunk adapts to changing seasons, your spine requires gentle nurturing and focused attention. With carefully designed movements, we will cultivate both suppleness and strength in your spinal column, fostering a fluidity that harmonizes with your body’s natural rhythm.
