This constant rush and needing to fulfill a “to-do” list can transfer over to our eating practices, where eating becomes a chore or function vs. an emotional, spiritual and physical experience.

In this seminar, you will learn about the practice of Mindful Eating, what it is and how to practice, so that it can help you to:
